I usually am very pleased with Texas tails. But recently have not been. My 14 year old dog went to get groomed and I picked her up and she still had mats behind her ears and and still looked like she was barely shedded. I called the next day. They said you bring her in the next day and that the groomer missed that one step because my dog kept sitting through out her appointment….. well because she’s 14 year old and has a arthritis! We just picked our dogs up after being boarded for 5 days, they did not get their treats like they were suppose to there was not much of their dry food gone out of the bag. One of our dogs was constantly crying in the truck on our way home which is not like him. When we got them home Both were drinking water like crazy almost like they didn’t get much there. Great staff and faculty it is clean and well kept. I sometime wonder if my fur baby likes them more the me.

If you are looking for people to love and take really good care of your fur baby….this is the place!!!!! Our little Rudy loves them all!!! They also do pet grooming….you will not find anyone better than Miranda!!!! . She is so patient with Rudy and loves him so much!! She takes her time, communicates so well with me, and again, loves him up! We couldn’t ask for better people!!!
Last minute boarding accommodation was amazing!!! They took such good care of our dogs! We will return!!
