I had the Texas Skillet which has steak, shrimp and chicken with veggies in a sizzling skillet, but that's not at all what I got. I had one steak cube that was very dry which I had ordered medium, chicken was ok, shrimp was under cooked I has two very large pieces of potatoes that was hard not cute up at all and mushrooms no other veggies, very watery plates looked like it was just thrown together and it wasn't sizzling at all, it was pretty much cold. 18 bucks you expect good food and it just wasn't. Horrible service. Tried seating us at a table under a water leak ( refused that table- really!) Ordered the onion pedals- rather extra crispy and brought honey mustard for the sauce ( gross) Also ordered the fruit with the main entree had to ask twice for it. Canned mandarin orange and pineapple tidbits. Never ask if we wanted refills. Gave them my rewards card that had $20 on it and they couldn't take it off. Told me to call the company on Monday. Beckley has the best Texas by far. Won't go back to the Charleston Texas.
Use to LOVE the place but it has definitely went down hill. Our food was nasty, my fiancé's sweet potatoes fries were burnt, macaroni and cheese was cold. And we watched multiple employees argue back and forth throughout the time we were there. Our waiter was nice at least & the rolls we good.. that's about as good as it got.
Took forever till we got waited on and our food then ordered another refill to drink and never got it
Ate here a few times, not disappointed yet. I will go back again.
