Food is great for the most part, but the last 2 experiences I've had at the bar have been terrible. I understand being short staffed but the bartender should never leave when the bar is full and she did multiple times leaving us empty on drinks and waiting 10+ minutes for something simple and small.
It took forever to get a seat and customers going in the bar area where there were 2 or 3 tables hadnt been cleaned. I even went to the hostess and she couldnt find anyone to do it and 2 customers left due to this. The hamburger my husband ordered was not prepared right but the food was great just service is slow and looks like not enough people working to assist customers.
Had a wonderful experience except fries were cold!
We come to Charleston once a year for annual Dr. Appt. And we always eat at Texas steakhouse. Well today we want to give a big shout out to our server Tariah, she was fabulous. We never had to ask for anything, she seen our needs and kept it coming and always had a smile. For people like her it just made out meal more enjoyable. And yes it was cooked to perfection. So kudos to the chef also. Until then, see you next year and have a wonderful day.
We had a great experience. Our food was great and our waitress (pam) was awesome!
Not a big fan...food mediocre, service mediocre,...good god... prices are topshelf.
