Have been going to this TSO for over 30 years this last time that I got new glasses they got them wrong the first time took them three weeks to get them new ones they were wrong I had to wait 40 minutes this time to have them cut lens will not be going back
No complaints, service was great, love my new eyes.
Very professional staff..prompt service..when I upgrade my frames I'll be back to TSO
Everyone from the people at the front desk, the ones that gives the initial exams to the Optometrist are AWESOME & display Wonderful Customer Service skills but going way beyond. My appointment was for 2:00pm, Tuesday January 17, 2017 & even though I was 20 minutes late, my attempts at explaining was brushed away with a "don't worry about it". They had a handwritten sign taped to their door that said "No Walk In's This Afternoon". I've been coming to this TSO location for over 10 years.
