Texas State Optical in Brenham is either completely incompetent or just doesn’t care. I was told I’d get a $250 rebate if I purchased a 12-month supply of contacts, which is the only reason I agreed to buy that much. After the fact, I was told there’s no rebate—because I got the “wrong” type of contacts. If the rebate only applies to certain brands, why wasn’t that made crystal clear before I paid? That’s basic stuff they should know. They’re supposed to be the professionals, yet somehow they failed to mention the one detail... read more
