Dr. Ryan Butler (I-35 in Round Rock) and his wonderful team are like family! Great experience, thorough exam, took time to answer all my questions and they all are extremely friendly!
The staff is very friendly. The Optometrist is professional and explains the different tests well. There is a nice choice of frames to select from too. I will definitely be returning next year for my annual exam.
My first time seeing Dr Butler will be my last. I went in for a contact lens exam and told him I wanted to stay with my current brand and he proceeded to fit me for a different brand. I called and said they were uncomfortable and was told that I had to wait for my follow up appointment to discuss it. At my follow up, I again stated that I wanted to stick with my current brand and he fit me for yet another different brand. He obviously does not listen to his patients. Dr Butler is excellent. Despite being down 2 employees and training new employees my visit was very efficient and informative. I love their efforts to reduce paper. Best eye exam and explanation I have ever received. I highly recommend.
I’ve Been Going To TSO For A Long Time. I’ve Always Been A Very Satisfied Customer. The Staff Is Great. Ms. Eva Is An Awesome Lady She Always Ready To Attend Her Customers.
TSO Round Rock continue to blow me away with their awesome care. I have to get my eyes checked twice a year because of my diabetes. Dr. Butler always provides personal care. Eva is the front office super star!
Dr Butler is great! Caring, honest, and does what’s right for the patient - not his pocketbook. I highly recommend him for any eye needs you have!
