After reading all bad reviews about hiding charges I gave it the benefit of the doubt, I paid my visit and all things done and my glasses in the first visit and when I went to pick up my glasses they told me I had a balance of 70 dlls they made up a reason for it and I had no choice but to paid, I know I'm going to contact the people that had this complaint and possible launch an investigation, I hope the doctor looks into this and is not his employees pocketing the extra money, I am very disappointed I should just kept my b... read more

Very poor phone service!!! I was left on hold for 15 minutes after being told I would be called back yesterday!! I would have appreciated the courtesy of being treated as if my business was important to them.
Please remove all photos with me in them. I do not want any association with this place. Very low moral and ethical environment. Thank you.
They rip you off and your insurance company. The staff was so rude especially after I found out that the bill I received from them, and the one they submitted to my insurance company was the same and they charged me over $200.00 which my insurance paid it all. DOUBLE DIPPING!!!!
I took my 2 year old son in this morning and was told it would be $99 unless they had to dilate his eyes which they did NOT. I paid the $99, and as I was loading my son into his car seat, they chased me into the parking lot and demanded an extra $100. VERY unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
