Tonight I have to say that the whole staff at TR have it together. So many nice waiters/waitresses/hostesses working together to get people in and out of there even when there were people lined up all the wait out to the parking lot. We did the call ahead seating. Maybe waited 15 minutes after we got there. Our steaks are always so delicious-never have to use steak sauce. We were done eating and back on the road within hour. Service was slow. Silverware was dirty. Got wrong food. Never going back!
It's one of the best great service and great food
We had 7 people meeting for dinner. The first two of our group tried to get a table and they were denied because the whole party hadn't come yet. Not even ten minutes later the rest of us came and they gave our table away and said we had to wait 40 minutes! Are you kidding me???? Because our whole party didn't show up at the exact same time we can't be seated. I will never step foot in your establishment again. Poor business practices!!!!!! Shame on you.
Went out with my husband for my birthday....everything was AMAZING! Steak was very tender and tasted wonderful. Manager came to check on us....great night.
Love it!! Last visit was super busy. We got our food a little late ..waitress took notice...contacted manage they made it right without any one getting excited ...thank you!!!
I am so impressed with their treatment of United States Veterans! I'd never been to Texas Roadhouse before but you better believe I'll be back!!
