Normally I would give it a 5. We are usually happy there. This weekend we called ahead at 530. She quoted us a 50 minute wait time. We got there at 6 but stood in line until almost 630 just to check in at which time the host informed us we are late for our que time. I told her I was not late..that's how long this line and packed the lobby is. She gave us a timer and said it would be another 10 minutes. It was 45. Out timer never went off. I love this restaurant because they served steak & mashed Taters & gravy & corn for me & my sisters had food & my nephew Rod had a sandwich & i wanted to thank Texas Roadhouse for their service & they do serve Firefighters & Police Officers & Paramedics & Doctors & Nurses.
Best meal I've had in a long time. Everything was perfect, the food, the service, the atmosphere and most certainly the company.
