Fantastic meal as always. Never a badly prepared steak, ever. This is my all-time favorite place to go for steak.
Do not go here!! Was given a coupon for a FREE appetizer- with no stipulations on the dates- and the manager JC told me I couldn’t use it on Valentine’s Day because it was a holiday. WTH??!! For one thing-the coupon said nothing of the sort on it and for another thing- Valentine’s Day is NOT considered a holiday.... so I’d like to know why I charged?! Then he had the nerve to get crappy and rude and blame it all on corporate!!!
Absolutely slowest carry out service I've every experienced. Waited over 45 mins. Still currently waiting....
I have always had a great food and service until today. The service was great, but the steaks we ordered were over cooked the first time and rare the next time. Told them I didn't want to do it for a third time. They comped the meals and charged us for the appetizer and the shrimp that we ordered. I do thank the waitress for her efforts because she didn't think is was still right and urged them to do more. They then gave us a 30 roller comp card toward our next meal. Excellent service and food. We had to wait for a table but wasn’t a long wait. Love the fried pickles 💕.
I don't know if there is different ownership or what, but we just had our first bad experience here, ever. My girlfriend and I usually get our food to go and they typically let us get 8 rolls, probably because we order 2 meals. This time they told us they don't do that anymore and we would have to pay for extra. Sour salads were about half as much as we've always received and one of our steaks were way undercooked! I don't think we'll be back, unfortunately. Very disappointing... we ate here once a week.
Amazing as always! Love call ahead! Food is excellent as well as service!
