We done a take out order tonight. We live 50 minutes away our order was to be ready at 5:15😡nope sat there for almost an hour waiting on our food!!’ That place was absolutely packed w people. Never again......
RecommendedWe’ve been to this location a ton of times and have never had a bad experience. We’ve always felt welcomed and staff have always been super nice. The foods always been good, and of course.... cinnamon butter! Always a must go-to when visiting Knoxville.
RecommendedBar service was amazing. Long wait on Friday night which is expected. Sirloin steak was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes and green beans on the side we're all so delicious. Highly recommend!

If you want to wait over an hour for your to go order just to have someone bring out cold food.. then this is your place. Absolutely ridiculous!! Especially when you ask why your food is cold, and the reply is your money will be returned in 6-8 business days. So we got no food after waiting an hour. Hopefully we will actually receive our money back.
