Low key great atmosphere and good food.
I ask them medium rare everything was fine but they didn’t clean the grill. I hate those burnt black marks from the grill. I don’t eat burnt parts of the meat, and that’s why I asked for medium rare 🥩 😒 I really was disappointed.
Had a great experience at this location. Jason was an attentive, engaging server and he made sure we were happy for the duration of our visit. The manager was visible and hitting all the tables. The food was, as always for this brand, quite good. My only nitpick is I find the billboard style advertising INSIDE the restaurant really odd. Like I'm dining on the interstate. That last bit aside, which isn't this locations fault by any means, I love a good steak and they didn't disappoint.
We used to go here a lot, but after a string of bad experiences, this last one today was the final straw. The waiter spilled our drinks, that's fine it happens, but then got two of our three orders wrong. We were going to use a gift card, so whatever, it happens, we just went with it, but then we go to pay and they won't take the gift card.
