My steak was delicious, done just right, however, my wife ordered mushrooms with her steak, came out with onions on it, my son and grandson ordered steak medium, they came out rare, sent them back took 15 minutes for them to come back out, one was done right the other was about dried out. This is alot of money to pay for kitchen mistakes, will be a while before I go back!
Mothers day fiasco! Called ahead waited 1:20 min was told table was being cleaned so we went in. People were still eating at table! waited another20 min. Hostess says we screwed up ! Could not give us a seat because of other accumulating errors. Left after 1:29 min wait and very poor management response! Highly unorganized for a busy eat out day! No apology or effort make the error right probably because a crowd of 50-60 people still waiting outside!! Will never go back to this location!! Hamilton TR much better!
