It was my birthday, so my hubby, mom, and kids all went to dinner. We were very excited as we love the Roadhouse in Erie. My steak was under done, so they re-fired and it came back very dry. All that doesn't bother me... what does was the manager's attitude... absolutely no effort was made to try to "recover" this experience ... she did the bare minimum when I said we simply did not have time to have wait for another steak.. she took mine off the bill (I didn't eat it, so it was sent back)... she could have offered a dessert... read more
