The bowl of chili they charge extra for is what they charge you extra for had three bites of chili in it. The chicken fried chicken seemed like it had been sitting around for hours and was sad and not very tasty. The steakhouse burger was left half eaten. The Ceasar salad barely had cheese and the side of ranch (the only dressing my granddaughter likes was not in the order. The kids bites steak had a baked sweet potato with it instead of fries. I never would have thought Texas Roadhouse would have such tender flavorful ribs but wow. Top 3 I’ve ever had.
Edit 1/17/26 Sirloin pink and not well done. Baked potato not completely cooked. Loud place. Hectic Friday evening. Payton our order taker was pleasant. Our drinks were never refilled. Unsatisfying visit. Will never sit at a table again. Felt exposed and bumped by people walking by. Will request a booth only if there is s next visit. Yay! New York 8 oz, chili, and baked potato. Delicious food! Great service too.
Food was cold, two different times. Dishes was dirty. Old food under the paper for our bread. My sweet potato was burned to a crisp (and also cold). Manager gave us a free appetizer after he seen the nasty old food left on the dishes and apologized. Similar things has happened more than once. If not for the manager it wouldn't be 2 stars.
