I had the steak and ribs but parts of the ribs were dry. Other parts were moist.That was the only drawback that I had

Food is very iffy here. Me and my wife order 16oz ribeye every time. 1 is always thick like it should be and one is about half as thick as the others. We both order medium, 1 is always burnt on 1 side and well done. Tonight both of ours was very well done with no pink and burnt on 1 side and again 1 about 3/4” thick and 1 was 1/2” thick both supposed to be 16oz. Common cooks, guys you can do better!
