Worst experience ever!!!! I will never return to Texas Roadhouse because of my dinner last night with Jack and the manager on duty. I entered the restaurant with a group of friends and I ordered a beer the server checked my id and I thought all was well he then called over his manager because they thought my id was fake (im 22 years old) all because I had a different hair color. I was served a completely disgusting, inedible, tough 6 oz sirloin. The rest of my party of 4 were served a decent cut and were pleased with their meal, but agreed with me that my steak, which was cook rare, was so tough it was hard to cut into and impossible to chew. It was like rubber! I had to spit out both the first and second bites I tried. I sent it back, was offered a replacement, which I declined. Very considerate waiters they saw that my daughter was in a wheelchair and we were being seated in a very tight area they put it upon themselves to move us to more spacious area.
