“Texas Roadhouse is basically the definition of consistency. Every time I walk in, I know exactly what I’m getting: hot rolls that could start an argument at the table, steaks cooked exactly the way I asked (yes, even medium rare without turning it into medium-well), and servers who somehow manage to be cheerful even while juggling a million tables. And when you ask staff which one would you go with? They answer you straight up!
I forgot to take a picture but the bone in ribeye was perfectly seasoned and cooked! Also the big sweet potato! As far as service Lacey was above and beyond giving exceptional service throughout the visit. Atmosphere was as usual and good.
