Jose at the host stand was rude and explained how it was on behalf of the policy of Texas Roadhouse. I understand wait times are out of your control, but we were quoted 45-55 minutes, it had been that, when we stood in line again to ask Jose how much longer, we were told to check our phones for a text and if we haven’t received it to wait outside. I said it’s been 55 minutes and it’s cold, can we wait inside? He told us we can go back to our car to wait because he doesn’t want to get in trouble.
The food is great awesome service and will be back again next time.
