Top pick is a perfect medium rare prime rib that I have gotten from this restaurant many times before. Bottom picture is us ordering it the same way and them telling me this is the rarest they serve prime rib ? Wrong some one just really doesn’t know what they are doing and they didn’t want to fix the mistake. Won’t be going back sad because it’s the only place I went for prime rib .
