We went for a group celebration on Saturday evening. We're from Philadelphia, Pa and love Texas Roadhouse rest. in Phila and South Jersey. So, we suggested that spot while in Syracuse. Food was good as expected! BUT, the front desk, check-in help was subpar. Not the most welcoming or courteous staff. They set a negative impression at start.
