We love Texas Roadhouse, come all the time. Visited today and sat for 10+ minutes without being greeted by a server. Flagged someone down, (Nicole) who couldn’t apologize enough. She was kind enough to quickly grab our drink orders, gave the kids cute souvenir cups, offered us an appetizer on the house for the trouble, and then personally introduced us the waitress (Alyse) who was great the rest of the meal.
