Steak was tuff. Gave one person loaded mashed potato when they said plain and still charged for the loaded . We also had 3 different couples at the table and asked for three different bills. We all have the waitress our money and she came back with it all messed up. She used part of one couples money to pay another couples bill . Anyhow we haven’t been there in a long time now I remember why.

Turn the heat on, clean the silverware, it took 3 tries to get clean silverware, serve hot food.

my companions and myself were treated like we were drunks the moment we walk through the doors. They assumed we were drunk.... actually we just got done Christmas shopping and we wanted to sit down and have a couple drinks and a nice dinner instead we were denied drinks and told that we were out of control...very disappointed
great service and great food as always!

Have eaten here twice and developed food poisoning both times. I enjoy a good dinner from Texas Roadhouse but I will not be visiting this one anytime in the near future. Food Poisoning is caused by bacteria or viruses passed by improper handwashing, improper storage, and lack of food safety precautions in the restaurant.

Never will returning. We had a bad experience a couple of years ago with poorly and wrongly cooked steaks. Gave them a second chance only because we had a gift card and again was terrible service. They never even brought our appetizer out and they screwed up my wife's salad, a salad really. Waitress barely came by too.
The food is delicious and the service was excellent !
