My only disappointment is the long wait times and not enough waiting area for people to wait the sometimes 30-40-60 minutes. Get a bigger waiting area. Other than that, WELL DONE ON GOOD FOOD!

Going on 2 hour wait time.... waited an hour after we “got on the waitlist” through the Texas Roadhouse App... after sitting in the parking lot an hour we came inside to be told it would be “another 25 minutes” and it’s been almost another hour.

The waitress was nice, but I asked for my steak to be medium and it was rare. My brother’s steak was over cooked. I was disappointed because I have been there before and had a great experience.

I actually had my first bad experience here, first my salad was served with a very long strand of hair sticking out of it, sent that back, then my husband was charged extra for a side salad when it should have been included in his dinner, there was extra charge for bacon bits we didn't order extra bacon ,my husband ordered milk to have during dinner ,never got it, the manager even came around and asked how our experience was and when I explained our issues he just said, oh I feel bad, I'm sorry to hear that, we he wasn't tha... read more

We had a really good waiter. Not once did our drinks go empty. The steaks that we picked out was very delicious along with the rest of the food. Never a disappointment
