We were there tonight, and had a phenomenal waitress named Kaitlin! She was the best! Our meals were delicious too!!
Staff and food was great, ladies bring a jacket, my girlfriend had goosebumps till we left.
The Service was good. Ribs were good. Steak Fries were okay. But the restaurant was very dirty inside. Does not look like anyone ever cleans the waiting area and main entrance.
Worst service we've ever had. Waitress forgot our butter, let our drinks run dry, spent 30 minutes talking to two men at the bar. When I spoke to the manager, she never got back to us about the long delay in getting our food, and sent the waitress back over, who proceeded to leave the table while I was expressing our concerns. Waitress was inattentive, unfriendly and this was the worst service we've ever had. Left after an hour without a meal. We will never return.
Always a great steak (I've had one bad one in the 8 years I've been coming here but all cows are different).
