Normally the place is pretty good but we were quoted a 10-20 minute wait time and 30 minutes go by and ask how much longer and they dont have my name ... no apology from what I think is a manager with his hat backwards. But they finally seat us but by this time my 2 yr old is about done. And grumpy. My waitress really was not personable and when we finally get our salads 30 minutes later and she asks how it is I ask her to box it up and she says ok and rolls her eyes and walks away. Well very first thing I noticed as soon as I walked in the door and looked to the right was a young guy cooking meat on the grill and on his cell phone at the same time... He then placed the phone on the stainless ledge above the grill while turning meat... NASTY!!! This particular Texas Roadhouse has the grill visible to all customers as soon as they come in the door. Great food and great service as well worth every penny
Normally great food, tonight i ordered Prime Rib for the first time i ordered medium and it came out an odd shade of gray barely warm, I love Prime Rib and it was the worst ive ever eaten. They came around to ask if everything was ok by two different managers other than my server. Was the first time ive ever sent anything back at a restaurant they cut me a new piece and it was the same as the first the au jus sauce was actually hotter than the Prime Rib i used that to make it warmer and i didnt have the heart to send it back... read more
Every time you visit you can count on consistent quality. They certainly can cook up a very good meal.
I frequent this place and usually have no complaints but this time the food was awful (I always get the steak) and the service just as bad. Won't be back anytime soon.
