Been twice to the Union Deposit location. Ridiculous wait time for food both time. If we didn't ask the waitress to check on the food, I guess it would have just sat there because she came right out with it after we said something. Almost an hour for steak and chicken fingers. Not going back.
Foods great but we've been waiting over an hour for our food and the waitress is nice but must be new :/

We waited over an hour and a half to be seated. Get to our seats and waited almost another 1/2 hour before anyone asked us what we wanted to drink. Server comes and we order our drinks & food right away, my side salad comes out the server hands me it i immediately feel dried on food when my hand touches the plate, I look at the bottom and it's filled with dried gross food, the top of the plate where my salad was had dried food as well. Very dirty.... Cobwebs everywhere... Window seals filthy... I've been to several Roadhouse locations and this place is trashy... Ceiling fans dirty... Waited forever for food and it wasn't even packed. Wait staff needs a lot of training about this country restaurant. I could go on and on but I'm falling asleep waiting on my meal.
I just got back from a night out at Roadhouse Harrisburg with my fiance and the food was absolutely delicious. My fiance and I asked for our steaks medium and they actually came out medium and were seasoned perfectly. The grill marks made me tear up with joy they were so perfect. The rest of the food was amazing but the steaks just made the night for us.
