Great place to eat. Lavon is a great server. He makes you feel so welcome and is very friendly and attentive. Great food. Will be back!
Very disappointed. Got seated at 6:30pm tonight. Host was very gracious and gave us 2 baskets of bread for a table of 4 (all own his own). 20 minutes later we still did not even get greeted at our table. Waitress saw us walk out after not so much as an acknowledgement. Didn't bother hunting down a manager at the time but this is the 2nd time this Texas Roadhouse has let us down. We had dinner here while on vacation. We happened to cone on family night so our daughter are free, which was a pleasant surprise. Every employee was polite, courteous, and seemed tip be having a good time. The food was delicious and we got a free bag of peanuts for being first time guests. We were very impressed with the whole experience... Job well done!
Food was cold long wait for food and horrible in general
Horrible service , it took 15 mins just to get a drink order. When we ordered, they only brought out 3 of 6 meals, and when I ask a manager about the other 3 20 mins later she stated that our server left on emergency. Just think if I didn't inquire , I may still be sitting there. Food was over cooked and my broccoli was ice cold. Never again will I go to the Union Deposit Texas again.

This was our first visit to the Union Deposit location in Harrisburg. We are from out of town so we were just visiting this location. We have been to other Texas Roadhouse restaurants so we know what is served there. The food was good but the service and our server in particular was very poor. We would ask for things on 2 different times and they never arrived. She had our order messed up but we just ate the food that was delivered to us.
