I was with a large group of people, we were celebrating a woman’s 87 Birthday 🎂. Yesterday was Palm Sunday it was very full, it did take longer to get out salads and rolls but the waitress had her hands full. I had the combo of barbecue chicken and a 6 ounce steak, the steak was a little dried out. I would rate yesterday a C+
1st time at the hbg location. I like the camp hill location better. Had to request things 3 different times of stuff that should have come with our food. Waitress barely checked on us even though she had to walk right by us to get to the kitchen. She would walk by and not even look at us. It was busy at the time so she would get stuck waiting to get through. And i still had to get her attention cause she wouldn't even look over and she was standing right beside us.

I took my daughter here for her 10th birthday before a hockey game. We arrived just after 5. And there were 5 in our party. We had called ahead because TRH is always busy! Our call ahead time was made for 5:30. I told the person on the phone why we were coming. I told the host why we were there when she asked. Soggy food sent message to manager didn't hear anything back
We were there before Christmas and the service was poor. While we were there we purchased $100 in gift cards (to be used at any Texas Roadhouse) and received a $25 voucher to be used before 3/31/18. My husband and I are retired, so we are early diners, before 4:00 p.m. Yesterday we thought we would give it another try and use our $25 voucher. I normally love Texas road house. I've had great service at the camp hill location every single time, unfortunately I cannot say the same about the Harrisburg location. I thought I'd give this one a try since it was closer to where I was. Got in around 820pm and there was no waiting time since it wasn't busy.
