Would give no stars if I could. Service sucked waiting ten minutes for drinks. Had to ask for rolls. Also my boyfriend and I got medium rare steak and they came out RAW!
The only reason I keep going back to the Texas Roadhouse, is because every once in awhile I get hungry for ribs and their ribs are so good. The service is poor and there seems to always be an issue with the order. I usually call ahead seating and have to request a competent server. Everytime I go there, the manager has to get involved in making the order right. On the last visit, I asked the server for the 10% discount for my wife's military service. We went here for lunch the 5 of us and we were seated right away the service was great it also wasn’t very busy around the time we went and the service was great

Wonderful service, food was delicious. Our server, Brandon, was very attentive and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of!
