Ridiculously long wait and manager did not act like they did anything wrong. We ordered for curbside and SCHEDULED pickup and literally waited over an hour. NOT an experience I'd recommend to a hungry family.
delicious as always felt good to get out
They want you to support your local restaurant but me and my wife went up there and got a chicken salad with house dressing and rolls, well no rolls in the bag do you have to get it right if you want support from your customers.
We ordered take out for our date night during the Covid 19 stay at home order ....all of the employees were wearing masks and gloves and practicing social distancing!! Food was excellent THANKS FOR A GREAT DATE NIGHT YOU ALL ROCK
I ordered online at 720om for curbside carry out. Paid right then. The pick up time I was given was 8pm. I arrived to a line out to Rosehill and it is now 8:54 and I’m still waiting on my food. If I didn’t already pay I would leave. This is horrific.
Texas Roadhouse did a fine job during this virus thing.you drive up to a tent,they ask your name,give you a parking spot and sit in your car and they bring you your food.they were very friendly and fast.got my food went home and ate it.food was as ordered.i recommend the one on main St.
My 6:15 to go order is taking us closer to 7pm to get. Others are getting their food that came in after us. If we didn't pay beforehand, we would've left
Steak was way over cooked, got my salad before our drinks. Asked for silverware to butter our bread and told they had none clean.
