Visited Texas Roadhouse at Polaris last night. We may never return. We were with another couple. We ate quickly and left. The noise from the music was extreme. We generally go to the one in Hilliard and actually asked why they kept the noise level so high. The answer was that they didn't want other diners overhearing conversations from other tables. Well we could not hear any conversation across the table.
Mmmmm mmmm! Delicious! Huge portions. A wonderful evening out with friends! The baked sweet potatoe is so good! The bread delivered to each table is so very good. Reminds me of home!
Food was good, service was good and our waiter Kyle was the best!
Don't even attempt to go if you have a party over 6. They literally told us we would "have to sit on the other side of the restaurant" from the other half of the party when they seperated us. We even gave plenty of notice and were going in shortly before the major rush. Food is good just don't plan on having a big party there.
Came in today for the first time(at this location). We were very excited to order some fried pickles but were very disappointed to find out they have changed the type of pickles they use. Im not sure if its at all locations or just this one. The manager fixed us another batch and then even offered to take them off our bill. When we refused he gave us a coupon for a free appetizer.
