We went in at 9pm hoping for good service. We got put in a booth where there was a table right next to us. So we had to wait for them to move so we can sit or get up. Then my husband steak was practically rare and then when he finally got it back he was so very disappointed.
Our steaks were not cooked correctly and they did not taste that good either! The server was good but we don't think our food was worth the $72 plus tip
It was an off evening and we felt it. I never received cinnamon for my sweet potato. Our meals took at least 45 mins.

Love Texas Roadhouse in Erie Pa. We visit ours in Erie a lot and love the food and service. We Odered the same 10 ounce ribeye every time medium and this time in Columbus we ordered the ribeye again but it was cut very thin and it was over done and dry. Not once did the server come and ask how the steak was. So we ate what we could. But my husband and I were very disappointed.
The food was great. It's a fun noisy atmosphere. We had a GREAT SERVER in Liz. Always making sure we had everything we needed. We'll see you again Liz!

After being served 3 nasty glasses filled with some unknown floating crap in the coke it was time to leave.
It was very good I loved it my steak was so good and the rest of the food was very good
That place just has the best food and friendly service around. If you want to get your money's worth try this Roadhouse.
