Texas Roadhouse at Canton, Ohio needs new management. Anyone can open a new store but it won't last long with bad management.
Just wanted to share my awesome experience there today. My husband and I did call ahead seating and got a table within a couple of minutes after arriving. There was a minor mistake with my meal and the manager went above and beyond and took care of our bill for us! The service was great and the food was amazing! Thanks!!!
Terrible manager--- booked party room ---for 14 to 16 guest. Did the 2 hour call ahead seating. Gave the table to a party of 12 her excuse was they were easier to seat. Though they did not call ahead. Then split my family up into 3 different booths expecting our father who is very elderly to scoot in a booth. We had family come from 45 minutes away only to sit in a booth different from ours. NO EXCUSES FOR THE MANAGER'S POOR DECISIONS!
Amazing food! Fresh baked bread, hand cut steaks, award winning fall off the bone ribs, ice cold beer, legendary margaritas and can't forget legendary service! Absolutely amazing!
We did the call ahead seating and were seated w/i 3 minutes of checking in when the wait was over an hour. Service was VERY quick even though they were absolutely slammed and everyone was very nice. The manager even found time to come by and ask how everything was. Steaks were cooked to perfection. We couldn't be any happier!
Ate here right after you opened the new location! One of my favorite restaurants! Use to go to New Philly, now we will come to this one. Mike was our waiter and he was great! Great food, great service! We loved the early bird specials as well! Will be back soon!

Food was great, but he music was way too loud!!!! Couldn't hear each other across the table. It's a restaurant, not the boot-scootin-saloon!
Great food as always. Make sure to call ahead tho. We only waited 10 mins by calling ahead, but I heard others waiting one and a half hours.
