Been going to Texas roadhouse in Alliance for about 15 years and never had a bad meal and always great service. Came to the one in Canton tonight and had probably the worst service and not so good food either. I get the feeling this is a management issues as there appeared to be plenty of help milling around.When I complained to the manager about my wife's rare steak coming out of the kitchen well done her response was they have been only open 4 months and were still working things out. Texas roadhouse has the best steaks hands down and their rolls with butter are amazingly delicious!!

We were at your restaurant on Sunday during the Super Bowl, you were not very busy, BUT the food and the service were GREAT.....This was our second visit to your place and the first time, the place was packed with a line outside. We fortunately used your call ahead seating and got right in..........the food was great and the service was above and beyond........Keep up the great work.......see you all again soon
We would like to thank our EXCELLENT server Rachael Stubbs for the wonderful job she did on Thursday night! We came over for dinner at 6 and Rachael had such an energetic personality and never missed a beat on coming back to see if everything was O.K. She is DEFINITELY an asset to your establishment!
Went there this evening for dinner. Service was fabulous, food delicious but most impressive was the way the staff was cleaning up when a party left. Above and beyond the standard. Menu's were wiped down, seats were cleaned, and hanging lamps were dusted. If I had to make a suggestion for any improvement, it would be to increase the parking because this place was booming. Well done and welcome to Canton
