Usually my steak is perfect. This time it was too done and not hot. And i dont know if its just my taste buds or what, but their ranch dressing tastes like paint smells. The Italian is yuck too. I'll still go back.
We had to ask 3 times for rolls which you are supposed to get when you sit down. While the kids food came out within 15 minutes, our food came out 45 minutes later than that and was lukewarm, some of it not cooked as ordered. While it was a Friday night and they were busy, there was plenty of personnel on hand to get the job done quickly and correctly. Not sure what is going on as this was a great place but is quickly changing. Someone from the company needs to fix this.

Was awesome, we took our daughter there for her 21st birthday. Will definately be going back . Service was fantastic as was the food.
Had a ribeye and loaded mashed potaoes same as last time and it was awesome!! Service was awesome as well.
The food looked like it was thrown together with minimal effort. The experience was less than stellar, it appeared that the dinner was just to satisfy food needs. No concern for quality. Between the extremely loud master of ceremonies shouting out happy birthdays and the screaming kids, I won't be back. I was hoping for a more enjoyable experience.i didn't even finish my food.
my husband got a country fried sirloin steak and it wasnt pounded out at all. He ate it and told the waitress.
