My ribs were sent back twice terrible. Ended up taking a piece of cheese cake home. Last few times there were bad either the people waiting on us or food again. But we keep trying.

We called ahead for reservations for a group of 11 at 7pm. The party was present and standing at the bar (half of us arrived early and got bar seats), and we ended up waiting a full hour to get seated. We were barely able to get drinks at the bar for the hour we were there. We recieved our meals 45 minutes after we were seated and the food was extremely sup-par. The steaks, which should be the main attraction were over cooked and the appetizers were sad. Not how I expected the service to be.
We called ahead of time to make a reservation we waited for an hour to be seated even though they told us to be 15 minutes early. What is the point of calling ahead if we had to wait as the same amount as everyone else? You're food is great but the wait time was horrible.
Went for the first time for my birthday. 01-06 I am very pleased with the food and service! Was packed and the wait wasn't to bad! Thanks for the pleasant experience.

Had our first bad experience tonight. 6 steaks were ordered only 2 came out right in our party. My wife had to send her steak back twice, once for being overcooked, second time for being grisly. We have eaten at this location for lunch many times and have not experienced any issues but tonight the bottom fell out. The manager was nice and understanding and admitted they had had other complaints about steaks.
