I will never go into a Texas roadhouse again. Specifically the Fairborn location. Everyone from the dinning staff to upper management are incompetent. The seating is to tight and there are to many severs for my food to come to the table COLD. Furthermore, I was over charged for the worst catfish dinner I've had in my life. You'd think for 16 dollars it would be pretty good,but to my surprise it was unappetizing and inedible. Just ate the worst burger ive ever had... ordered medium well and it was burnt.. pickle was thrown on it so i get the pickle taste with it
Don't want to go into all the details of the dining experience last month at the Fairborn Roadhouse, I did that already in an email that was never responded to. Then I sent a 2nd email as I just couldn't believe that my concerns and displeasing experience went unnoticed. After the 2nd email I did get a call from the Restaurant Mgr., however that was to late, the damage had been done and I did not return her call. I ordered a steak I sent it back three times it was still undercooked so I just gave up taking it home to my dog ..July husband ordered the catfish it was so salty he couldn't eat ..this isn't the first time I had a bad dine in with them ..I will never return .

We love this place over any other place. This is always our families first pick. The steak and grilled shrimp is the bomb. The tall boys are always cold as well as the salads which great. Darn that means the whole place is great including the associates.
The only steak house where I refuse A-1 sauce because the steak is so good without it! Always a tender cut and melts in your mouth. And those green beans!!! Bravo!

Wish it was quieter but love it !!!! Usually not a big bread fan but love the rolls and their butter
Had a Great Time with some Friends for CSU Homecoming.. The Service was great for the Seven of us .... Food was Excellent !!!!
