This was my 1st time at this location, we live closer to Huber so that's were we usually go. Today we were on our way to a football game and your store was on the way and I'm so glad we decided to stop! First the host "Einstein" was very polite and greeted us right away! This was the first time ive dined at Texas Roadhouse. I ate here yesterday evening with my husband and two year old son. We really enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and the staff was really friendly. Everyone was smiling and the Manager even stopped by to ask us about everything. She was also really happy and friendly. the food was amazing! I ordered the 11oz sirloin and my husband had the 11oz Ribeye. Great food and prices We will be back soon!!

Server was great and I ordered the 8 oz sirloin with the ribs and when it came out my ribs was so dry I didn't even eat it nor bother to complain!
Normally this place is one of my most favorite places! Tonight I ordered my usual the Ribeye done medium with loaded sweet potato. It was horrible. Came out well done and the potato was dry. The waiter was great. He tried to get me another one but I was so upset I declined. What upsets me most was that he told management I was unhappy with how my food came out of the kitchen and they NEVER even came to speak with me about it! Terrible customer service on managements part! Our waiter was fantastic though!
The food was great, so much that I took a doggie bag home and shared it. I suffer from vertigo so the waitress turned the ceiling fans off not only did she turn the one over our table off she turned them all off! She was a fantastic waitress! Food was to die for!
We have always had a great experience at this TRH in Fairborn, OH. The food is great and so is the service... margaritas aren't bad either.
