Always a great place for great food and service: the menu and prices cannot be beat
Awful service!! Don't go with a group of more than 2....assistant manager Sarah has a script to read to u and walk away attitude intact.....3 hours of waiting for food and one member of our party of 6 left without dinner, after sending a incorrect meal back TWICE!! April the waitress was wonderful through the entire awful experience. Hope they treat her right! FINALLY got entire meal comp...but would have rather enjoyed a nice meal....
We love going to Texas Roadhouse and sitting at the bar on Friday evenings. James, Felicia, Lisa, Shelly and others are wonderful people and take really good care of us.
This place was absolutely packed for New Years Eve, to my surprise our 40 min wait was around 20 minutes to get seated, our service was fantastic as well as our food. Kudos to the team for a great job under the pressure of a packed house.

Everything was great Monday night for my daughters' birthday. Our server, April Russo, is our requested server. Everytime we go, she makes our night a blast! Great steak, pork chops and cold drinks!
I think it's time that Hamilton builds a new store they just don't have enough room in there it seems to be a 45 to 55 minutes wait and don't let them make a mistake and try to put your party of 6 at one of them little tiny booths in the back that are clearly meant for only 2 people just saying we did however get our appetizer for free but after waiting over an hour for the wrong seat as soon as the appetizer comes our table that's big enough for us all is finally ready so we pack up our kids carseat and drinks and the appet... read more
