The bathrooms were disgusting, the food was subpar, and I saw a waitress drop some napkin wrapped silverware, pick it up, reroll it, and take it to the other tub where it was then picked up by another waitress and given to a customer. Disgusting!

Great customer service! They took the time out of their day to go around to local businesses and hand out cards/menus/and their delicious rolls! That is what I call going above and beyond! The employee coming around was very courteous and even though there is snow outside the rolls were fresh and warm! Will definitely be having a weekly lunch day there!
Awesome food great friends
We are only able to go to Texas roadhouse 1 to 2 times per year. It is my favorite restaurant and they have the best ribeye streaks. Tonight our waiter wasn't attentive or fast, we didn't get our rolls until after we got our steaks.
