We ordered pick up and when I spoke with the girl taking my order on the phone I said the last FEW TIMES we’ve ordered you’ve forgetting or messed up crucial things....(no chicken included with the crispy chicken salad 🙄 steaks over over cooked, rolls and butter forgotten, meals missing etc) SO WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER I SAID PLEASE PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK so nothing gets mess up tonight....I was told I can check it in my car when they bring it out....UM NO WHEN IM SPENDING $75 a pop on food there YOU CAN GET IT RIGHT! Curb side service was horrible. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes for food. Said there was a printer problem, but everyone else was getting their food at their cars. If the food hadn’t already been paid, would have went to Outback.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST VISIT I'VE EVER HAD ANYWHERE! We went to celebrate my birthday and my sisters birthday. We had a very large party (my sister, her 6 friends, my two children under 4y.o., my husband, my mother, my grandmother and grandfather) and was divided up into two waiters. The first two tables my sister's friends and my sister got appetizers right away. While we waited 30min for ours. Then when it came to food they got theirs right away as well. We NEVER got ours!
