Ordered a medium rare steak last night, and this is what was brought back to me. I sent it back, and the same steak came back, still too rare. Sent it back a second time, and the same steak came back, burned to Hell and back on the outside, therefore not even fit to eat. Food was cold and old. Poor customer service , coffee was too strong and wait on creamier then time got the creamer the coffee was cold. The cook tonight does not know how to cook a well done steak

Received a text asking us to come in and that our table was ready. I had my 3 month old with me. We where told when we got in that we needed to wait outside. It’s freezing outside and I said I wasn’t going out with my baby. They gave us no choice. We left and won’t be back.
