We had a birthday party of ten did call ahead seating and got there and still had to wait 45 minutes extra.Was not very pleased with that considering my call ahead was set for 5:30pm and we did not get seated till after 6.The food was excellent as always just think you guys need to brush up on the call ahead seating service that you offer
We were pleased with the service and the food was just as fantastic as the ones in Texas. We just moved to Ohio and was very excited to see our favorite Texas stakehouse was up here and we hoped the food was just as good. We was not disappointed . We did get a kick out of the menu though cuz in Texas the stakes are not named after the cities. (Except new York strip) but we loved the food and will return now we can get a real Texas steak in Ohio. So when feeling a little homesick for our Texas we will be at your table.
This location is 0 for 3 when it comes to knowing how to cook a medium-well steak. Even on mother's day and asking the waitress to have the best cook prepare my wife's steak due to the 2 previous visits being over cooked and It still came out to the table well done with no pink what so ever. The same for my daughter's who also ordered her sirloin medium-well. On the other hand my Dallas fillet was cooked perfect to medium and melted in my mouth. I always enjoy going to Texas Roadhouse, the food is absolutely amazing. We had the BEST waitress, her name was Hannah, she was great. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants �
Tyrese was our server and we were a group of 9. And he crushed it. And it was a busy night. Props to Tyrese! Food was excellent too. The bone-in ribeye was cooked to a perfect medium!
We're in town for a wedding and visited Texas Roadhouse yesterday evening for dinner. We were seated right away and our waitress was wonderful! The Cactus Bloom filled us up so we took our entrees with us. 10/10 would visit again!
The hostess and our waiter (Pat) were very friendly and attentive. Food came out exactly as ordered and was very, very good! Love the early bird pricing as well!
Had a great time and service was amazing. Our server Jason was the best we've had there
