Steak a little bit dry not to juice but other wise good service excellent

I went to TRH yesterday for my early birthday celebration. There were six of us dining in. Our food was great and our waitress, Logan, was spectacular. There was not one flaw in her skills. She did the whole birthday yeehaw thing perfect. All six of us had a wonderful experience and we will be back again, asking for Logan as our waitress.
Have been to this location multiple times hoping it would get better and be like the other Texas road houses we have been to, it has not the issue every time has been poor service and food that is lacking the freshness of others.
