We were not happy with our experience at this location. After being seated, it took the waiter 15 min to come and get our order. After another 15 we received our salads. We waited 30 minutes and ate our salads and two baskets of rolls before we FINALLY got our drinks. It also took forever to get our meal. We will not be visiting this location again.

The service and food was great! Hannah Fox was our waitress, and she was an amazing server.
Well, I'm a Texas Roadhouse fan generally, but no, this location is not that great. I asked for my steak to be medium, pretty common. I ate about half and then realized the other end of steak was charred to the point of being crunchy! One side barely cooked to make up for burning the other. Told the waiter (Jonas, he was nice) and he said he would have the manager come speak with us. I am usually a Texas road House fan. However my visit to the one in Savannah was not at all what I expected. I ordered a 16oz ribeye and they served me a 10oz ribeye. And after 15 minutes I was able to get the kitchen manager out there..the manger of the restaurant would not come over. I will think twice before my next visit.
