I am rating them a 3 there food is a 5 but I am here today Friday 13th I waiting 20 mins for drinks it’s been 30 mins still waiting on food, they either need more help hired or better customer service this has been the slowest Texas I have ever been too!

We usually have great experiences at the Texas Roadhouse. We were seated quickly. However, it took forever to get our order in. It was a longer wait than usual for the food to arrive. When our meals arrived my wife’s steak was raw inside. My food was fine.
