Misleading advertising . Make you think your getting one thing but actually gives something else.
We order a family meal for four ribeyes, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, green beans, and fries. This was today April 1, 2020. I placed this order online around 2pm to pick up at 7pm. My husband got there and waited over an hour after 7 because they were busy. When he finally got home we opened the meal and there was only THREE ribeyes. Super cold too. On 03/25/20 I made an online to go order that was supposed to be ready by 7:10. I pulled up around 7:05 and was told by the staff member working to go to park in a specific spot and our order would be brought out. We waited until 7:45 and got curious, so we got out to ask and was told by that our order was deleted. We asked for a refund and they gave us a receipt showing the payment was refunded. We picked up dinner tonight Togo for my dads birthday. I was very impressed by how organized everything was with the corona stuff. My dad loves the rolls here & I asked the girl who brought us our order if it would be possible to get another small box of rolls for my dads birthday. With a smile she said no problem, went inside brought us another order of rolls & wrote happy birthday on them! Glad to see everyone’s spirits high during this time & very sweet service tonight !
It's a beautiful evening to take Ken for a ride. I ask if he wants chicken or fish for dinner. He says "beef." So, I drove by Texas Roadhouse to see if we can place a To Go order. We are greeted with a smiling "Welcome" at the entrance by a young man who directs us to "To Go #11 Parking Space."
