Order a medium rare steak and got a raw steak (it was purple), sent it back and finally received it once the rest of the table had finished their meals. Wish I hadn’t gotten it back because they they threw the SAME cut up steak off of my plate back on the grill, burnt it, and brought it back out.
Was extremely disappointed asked for a manger food was cold never showed up I don’t recommend this location at all.

Worst experience at my favorite chain restaurant. Very disappointed! Spoke with manager and she was equally awful. Hostess tried taking us to a table number that didn’t exist, left us in the middle of the restaurant and didn’t return. Didn’t get Drinks for 15 minutes, salads incorrect, prebusing nonexistent, ordered a medium rare steak and got well done. Food was awful and service atrocious.
Most awful experience tonight and def won’t be going back to Gainesville location😳
Always good food, best tea in town, and fast service. Servers are personable and very good. Braedon did a great job tonight!
Ordered a critter salad no egg no tomato, asked to add onion, confirmed it comes with bacon and croutons. Go no onion, no bacon, no croutons. I got lettuce. Cheese, chicken, and dressing.
