Very disappointed! Stopped going for about 2 years because service got to be horrible. Twice went and had to send food back not cooked. Once was not even what we ordered. Tried it again a few weeks ago and was much better. Went back for a family birthday dinner group of 12. Wait 30 minutes, then told they let someone come in late and join another table so we were being told we would have to wait. Hostess says they just got salads, manager says they have already ate. We always prefer Texas Roadhouse to all other steakhouses in the Durham area. They gurantee your happiness and have the friendliest staff you want to be with anywhere. We are frequent dinners there.
This place is not at all dairy allergy friendly. There's no allergy menu, other than gluten free since it's the ne craze, plus the wait staff is clueless about ingredients. Stuck here eating a salad I ordered with no cheese or croutons and still have to pick out the cheese. Seriously, do you have to put cheese and butter on EVERYTHING?
I really do enjoy there food. Can't wait until next time.
Great food and entertainment
We come every weekend for years and Britnee is the best waitress we have ever had she is patient kind and our drinks are always full. We request her and hate when she is not working. She is the best by far.
